Structure:

This series of pumps is a horizontal axial flow pump, which adopts a cantilever support type, a single-stage single suction axial flow impeller, and a direct or belt drive motor. The use of a rear opening door structure allows for easy maintenance by simply removing the rotating part during maintenance or seal replacement, without the need to disassemble the pipeline. The sealing type can be double end mechanical seal or packing seal. The pump body adopts a bent pipe or volute structure, and the inlet and outlet diameters of the pump are the same. The bearing housing is equipped with a water-cooled chamber for cooling the bearings with cooling water. For suspended structure or elastic foundation axial flow pumps, they are specially designed and made of various materials such as 1Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti, Inconel 804, etc. for the overcurrent components.
